I cannot recommend Curley & his team highly enough! I’ve always received excellent communication, and at all times Curley has been polite, professional and attentive to detail. Regarding pricing, Curley is always upfront and fair whilst giving an exceptional standard of work.
The age of the building gave many unknown problems during the conversion. He did explain that there may be hidden problems from day one and to be prepared. These issues were fully explained when they occurred and the options for the way forward. The building had not been touched for about 100years. No problem was beyond him or his contacts to resolve and the completed property was and still is fabulous. An excellent job and great restoration of an abandoned unloved space. Thank you
Ian was professional from our first meeting and throughout the work. He kept us up to date with all the work he was doing and nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure to have him and his team in my home. Ian has such an eye for detail and is a perfectionist. We had an issue with the sink when he had completed the work, I called Ian and he returned the same night after he had finished work to make the adjustment needed and I can say we are totally happy with Ian’s work.
